Projects

AIESECers are student and recent graduates interested in world issues, leadership and management. We are global minded, proactive and responsible young volunteers engaged into social relevant issues beyond our studies. Social projects are an important tool for us to deliver our impact and develop ourselves and the others.

What do we do in the Projects department?

The projects department is responsible of the direct impact we want to have as an association and individuals on society. We do it in two ways through:

Projects based on eXchange (PBOXs):

5-6 weeks’ projects that explore social issues/topics that are relevant locally and globally (Education, Health, Ecology…). In the process, they generate incoming student exchanges, organize events to create impact on society, develop participating members on their knowledge and skills and create a continual leadership pipeline for the organization.

EwA events:

The Engagement with AIESEC includes all the opportunities for non-AIESECers to get introduced and interact with AIESEC without joining the organization or experiencing any of our exchange programs. They are generally 1-2 days’ events either organized independently or included in a PboX agenda.
